The reception at the Forsthaus is the place to:
- Ask any questions at all about the apartments or places to go/things to do
- Collect your keys on arrival and leave them on departure
- Find the weather forecast and list of village events on the noticeboard
- Buy maps and guide books
- Buy the local train and bus ticket (BayerwaldTicket)
- Book restaurant tables, event tickets
- Book use of the sauna or mountain bikes (small extra charge)
- Book a massage or facial
- Bring photocopying to be done, faxes to be sent
- Use the computer and printer
- Bring laundry for washing/drying while you are out for the day (small extra charge)
- Leave your luggage, if you want to arrive early or leave late
- Arrange to take a shower if you arrive early or leave late
