Reception & Concierge Services

The reception at the Forsthaus is open  8.30-10.00 and 18.00-19.00 every day and between those times if we are at the house.

This is the place to:

• Ask any questions at all about the apartments or places to go/things to do
• Collect your keys and guest cards on arrival and leave them on departure
• Find the weather forecast and list of village events on the noticeboard
• Buy street or walking maps or a pocket phrase book
• Buy the regional train and bus ticket (BayernTicket)
• Book restaurant tables, event tickets
• Book use of the sauna or mountain bikes (small extra charge)
• Book a massage or facial (extra charge)
• Bring photocopying to be done, faxes to be sent
• Use the computer and printer
• Bring laundry for washing/drying while you are out for the day or overnight (small extra charge)
• Leave your luggage, if you want to arrive early or leave late
• Arrange to take a shower if you arrive early or leave late
