The balcony of this apartment has the most spectacular of any of our apartments, a panorama from the Arber to the Bohemian Forest. It is completely self contained, with its own front door onto the landing/stairs. It is approx. 75 m2 and  comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each with its own ensuite shower room. There is a modern fitted kitchen/dining room leading to the sitting room with LCD TV and DVD player, with a door to the main balcony. There is also a side balcony with garden view.

This apartment has been given a 5 star rating by the German Tourism Association.
