Easter weekend is busy. There are local events – especially the Easter horse parade in Regen. If Easter is early or the winter snow has been heavy there can still be skiing at Easter weekend and walks through the snowy forest.
After Easter, the spring walking season gets underway, although the village is still not full. Some restaurants close after the Easter holidays until the beginning of May.
